- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- For the Wraps:
- 4 large tortillas soft, whole wheat or flour
- 1 cup lettuce shredded
- 1 medium tomato sliced
- 1 cucumber sliced into thin rounds
- ½ cup creamy garlic sauce homemade or store-bought
Optional Toppings:
- Fresh parsley chopped
- Red onion slices
Prepare the Garlic Chicken:
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
