Ingredients
  

For the Garlic Chicken:

  • 2 medium chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • For the Wraps:
  • 4 large tortillas soft, whole wheat or flour
  • 1 cup lettuce shredded
  • 1 medium tomato sliced
  • 1 cucumber sliced into thin rounds
  • ½ cup creamy garlic sauce homemade or store-bought

Optional Toppings:

  • Fresh parsley chopped
  • Red onion slices

Instructions
 

Prepare the Garlic Chicken:

  • In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  • Rub the mixture onto both sides of the chicken breasts. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes (or up to 1 hour for deeper flavor).

Cook the Chicken:

  • Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F/74°C).
  • Remove from heat, let rest for 5 minutes, then slice into thin strips.

Prepare the Wraps:

  • Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for easier folding.
  • Spread 2 tablespoons of creamy garlic sauce over each tortilla.

Assemble the Wraps:

  • Layer shredded lettuce, tomato slices, cucumber slices, and the sliced garlic chicken onto each tortilla.
  • Add any optional toppings like parsley or red onion slices.

Wrap and Serve:

  • Roll the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
  • Slice in half and serve immediately with extra garlic sauce on the side.
