  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 tablespoons hot honey
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chili flakes for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Chicken : Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook the Chicken : Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown on all sides (about 4-5 minutes per side).

  • Combine and Finish : Reduce heat to medium-low, pour the sauce over the chicken, and toss to coat evenly. Simmer for 1-2 minutes to thicken the glaze.
